Hi Tim,

I found this site from the discussion.

I sent a message the other day asking for information on how the data from the health care house parties will be actually analyzed and used -- the specifics.

When I have sent queries before, (including one early offer to volunteer as someone with qualitative data analysis training, and a few others, all different) I have received the exact same form letter email a couple of weeks later.

Based on my experiences so far, I expect that my query about the data analysis details will eventually yield the same exact form letter.

Correct, comments are still open on other posts on Change.gov. Only the healthcare discussion has been closed.

i see 3794 comments and the latest comment "two minutes ago" - so why do you assert that it's "finished, over, done"?

Also, comments are now closed for this discussion (at 3,701 comments). So in terms of process, this was a consultation with a fixed end date, only that the end date hadn't been announced right at the beginning.

One week and more than 3,500 comments into the discussion, the transition team just posted its first follow-up message: Join the Discussion: Former Sen. Daschle responds on health care

In the video, former Sen. Daschle points to the importance of personal stories: "Those are the stories that I think really have to be compelling for legislators. I know when I was in the Senate it was stories like that -- probably more than all the factual information -- that really moved you to wanna act."
